The PbS Scholarship Application Form is available on the PbS website. The application requires a one-page essay describing how the applicant will use their education to pay it forward, a letter of recommendation and documentation or verification of acceptance into the educational program.nApplications will be accepted from March 1 through April 30, 2020. Applications can be submitted by mail, email or online through the PbS website. Interested applicants should read the full Scholarship Award eligibility and rules.
