
Sarah Marsh
Sarah Marsh (she/they) is a certified Project Management Specialist with over four years of experience in award and program management, knowledge management, financial reporting, and qualitative research design and analysis. With an M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution, Sarah brings an intersectional feminist lens to all aspects of her work, centering community-led solutions and systemic sustainability.
Sarah currently serves as the Senior Coordinator for Project Management and Research Assistance at the Center for Improving Youth Justice. In this role, they support research and implementation efforts focused on transforming youth justice systems, ensuring that equity and resilience remain central to every initiative.
Throughout their career, Sarah has advanced conflict-sensitive, equity-driven approaches in both domestic and international contexts. Their work spans community development, DEI initiatives, and systems change—reflecting a belief that conflict arises when systems become unsustainable and that resolution must begin with those most directly impacted.
In addition to their full-time role, Sarah contributes to housing justice as a mediator with Just Mediation PGH, applying a restorative justice framework to prevent evictions and strengthen tenant-landlord relationships. Based in Boston, MA, they are passionate about urban development, housing equity, gender mainstreaming, LGBTQIA+ rights, and accessibility.
