David Fluellen is an executive coach, consultant, and leader with more than 30 years of experience across youth justice, public safety, child welfare, and human services. Throughout his career, he has led complex operations, supported organizational change, and worked collaboratively with courts, community organizations, and public agencies to strengthen outcomes for youth, families, and communities.

David brings extensive experience in community corrections, residential and behavioral health services, and systems improvement initiatives. His work reflects a practical understanding of organizational environments—how they operate, where challenges emerge, and what it takes to move meaningful and sustainable change forward.

In addition to his leadership experience, David has served as an adjunct instructor, trainer, and presenter in public safety and human services settings, with a strong commitment to leadership development and professional growth. He approaches coaching with a collaborative, grounded style shaped by real-world experience and a belief that sustainable progress occurs when people are supported, expectations are clear, and organizations use data to guide decision-making, strengthen accountability, and drive continuous improvement.

David remains active through board service and professional affiliations and is committed to supporting leadership development and positive outcomes for youth, families, and communities. He holds degrees from Nazareth University and the State University of New York at Brockport.
